VADM Papp appeared before the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation on 18MAR as part of the confirmation process to become the 24th Commandant of the Coast Guard. I encourage you to view VADM Papp's statement to the Committee. The vision VADM Papp laid out gives me great faith in the future of our service.
